Merlo: una nueva edición de la Feria del Libro

En elParque Municipal Néstor Kirchner (Paseo El Tejadito), con entrada libre y gratuita, fue inagurado la 5ta edición de la Feria del Libro en el Municipio de Merlo, la que podrá visitarse hasta el 28 del presente mes.

Importantes editoriales forman parte del acontecimiento cultural más importante de la región, donde se
presentarán figuras de la literatura nacional.
En un predio de 2.500 metros cuadrados, más de 60 expositores exhiben obras de diferentes estilos literarios y se esperan 250 personalidades destacadas de la cultura que brindarán charlas y conferencias.
Más de 150 mil asistentes recorrieron la 4o edición de la Feria en 2021 y se espera que este año la cantidad de visitantes ascienda a 200 mil. Los alumnos y estudiantes recibirán de regalo un chequelibro de 600 pesos que podrán usar en cualquier de los stands para que todos puedan acceder a un libro.
En el acto de inauguración se hizo presente la Intendenta de Merlo Karina Menéndez; el Presidente del Grupo Provincia Gustavo Menéndez; el Ministro de Cultura de Nación, Tristán Bauer y la Presidenta del Instituto Cultural de la Provincia Florencia Saintout, entre otras
personalidades destacadas.
La jefa comunal manifestó “Tenemos la decisión política de apuntalar y acompañar alcrecimiento de la cultura en Merlo, porque es el camino correcto hacia una educación que le sirva al presente, al futuro y a las familias merlenses”.
En la misma línea, el ministro de Cultura afirmó que “Merlo es un ejemplo de la cultura, con los artistas, y también la gestión que se lleva adelante es maravillosa” y destacó que “La Feria tiene muchas virtudes, como la gratuidad, el chequelibro, los visitantes y amor que se respira”.
También estuvieron en el acto inaugural, el Presidente de la Fundación del Libro Ariel Granica; la Titular del INADI Victoria Donda; el Ex Miembro de la Cámara de Diputados, Franco La Porta, el Ex Puma, Serafín Dengra; Concejales, Consejeros Escolares, integrantes de la comunidad educativa y autoridades municipales.
La 5ta Feria del Libro de Merlo tiene lugar en el municipio gracias a un trabajo articulado entre el Gobierno del Pueblo de Merlo, la Fundación El Libro, y SADE Sociedad Argentina de Escritores. Puede visitarse hasta el 28 de agosto en el predio El Tejadito: Av. Constitución 152.
