Merlo: terrible, mato a su hijo y se niega a declarar

El padre del niño de 2 años encontrado muerto a golpes en la vía pública en el partido bonaerense de Merlo se negó a declarar en las últimas horas y los investigadores creen que cometió el ataque en venganza hacia su pareja, informaron hoy fuentes judiciales.

Los voceros explicaron a Télam que del resultado preliminar de la autopsia realizada a Eythan Noah Castaño (2) surgió que el niño murió a raíz de un “edema subdural en el cráneo“, al tiempo que presentaba hematomas en diversas partes del cuerpo e indicios de que podría haber sufrido abuso sexual.

El detenido, identificado como Cristian Ferrer (27), se negó a declarar ante la fiscal Valeria Courtade, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 3 de Morón, que inició actuaciones por “homicidio agravado en el marco de violencia de género” y ahora las derivó a la Fiscalía de Violencia Familiar y de Género 10 del mismo departamento judicial, a cargo de la fiscal Florencia Di Sciascio.

Para las próximas horas se aguarda que declaren en sede judicial varias personas que estuvieron reunidas con Ferrer y la madre del niño instantes antes del crimen y cuyos dichos avalarían que el móvil del ataque estuvo relacionado con una venganza contra la mujer.

La investigación comenzó alrededor de la 1.20 de ayer, cuando a raíz de un llamado al 911 el cuerpo golpeado del niño fue encontrado tendido en el cruce de la avenida Patricio y la calle Barnes, del barrio El Zorzal, de la localidad de Pontevedra, en dicho partido de la zona oeste del conurbano.

Según las fuentes, en el lugar del hallazgo también estaba la madre del nene, una joven de 22 años que identificó a su hijo como Eythan Noah Castaño (2) y acusó a su pareja y padre del menor, Ferrer, de haberlos atacado a golpes a ambos.

Al momento de la detención, Ferrer tuvo que ser rescatado de los vecinos que lo lincharon al tomar conocimiento de lo ocurrido.

De acuerdo a los dichos de la madre del niño, ambos se encontraban tomando cerveza en una reunión con amigos que se llevaba a cabo en una casa del Barrio Matera, de Merlo, cuando entre los presentes comenzaron a provocar a Ferrer diciéndole que ella lo engañaba.

En esas circunstancias, se produjo una discusión de pareja que derivó en una agresión por parte de Ferrer hacia la mujer, a quien le dio un cabezazo, añadieron las fuentes.

Las voceros dijeron que tras ello el agresor se retiró del lugar y se dirigió hacia la casa en la que dormían sus hijos de 11 meses, 2 y 3 años, y que atacó a golpes a uno de ellos, tras lo cual huyó, detallaron las fuentes.

Los pesquisas intentan determinar ahora si otra persona allegada a la pareja fue quien recogió al niño ya golpeado y lo dejó en el lugar donde finalmente fue hallado muerto por la policía.

De acuerdo a los resultados preliminares de la autopsia, Eythan murió a raíz de los golpes recibidos, al tiempo que se detectaron signos de abuso sexual, aunque se aguardan las conclusiones del estudio forense para certificarlo.

Tras el hecho, la madre del nene fue asistida por personal médico de una ambulancia que se trasladó hasta el lugar del hallazgo y luego la derivó al Hospital Eva Perón de Merlo, dijeron los informantes.

El acusado, en tanto, fue alojado en la comisaría de Pontevedra y tras ser indagado quedó acusado de “homicidio agravado en el marco de violencia de género”.

Fuentes judiciales indicaron a Télam que el imputado, en los próximos días, será sometido a una prueba de ADN para confirmar si es el padre biológico del niño.
