Moreno: detienen a uno de los presuntos atacantes del policía David Sosa

Uno de los delincuentes que el viernes pasado balearon al policía de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, David Exequiel Sosa, de 31 años, fue detenido en el Hospital Posadas, a donde llegó con dos heridas de bala.

Cuando aún estaba vigente el intento de magnicidio a la vicepresidenta de la Nación, un policía de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires fue baleado por dos delincuentes que intentaron robarle la bicicleta en el distrito de Moreno.

Cerca del mediodía, David Sosa, que fue parte del Ejército y  trabajó en varias empresas de seguridad privada, y terminó recalando en la Policía de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, había subido un posteo a su Facebook, en donde dejó en claro su antiperonismo, “No voy a parar por el montaje bizarro de anoche, armado para convertir en mártir (sin morir) a una persona que siembra el odio y división”, refiriéndose concretamente a la Vicepresidenta y al feriado del viernes decretado por el Presidente de la Nación.

El intento de asalto sucedió en horas de la noche, cuando los dos delincuentes a bordo de una moto, intentaron reducir a Sosa en la esquina de Soldado Derrico y Facundo Quiroga, en Moreno. Tras identificarse con policía, hubo un intercambio de disparos. Sosa recibió un disparo en el tórax.

Tras ser llevado al Hospital, el sábado por la mañana fue trasladado al Hospital Italiano, en donde permanecía en terapia intensiva.

La comisaría 5ta de Moreno fue alertada del ingreso de una persona en el Hospital Posadas, con dos disparos de arma de fuego, uno en los testículos y otro en el abdomen. El delincuente fue identificado como Alberto Josué Franchi, de 23 años

De acuerdo a los voceros, este joven quedó detenido como acusado de haber participado del asalto a un efectivo de la Policía de la Ciudad quien quedó gravemente herido al resistir al robo de sus pertenencias.

Para los investigadores, el sospechoso resultó baleado al enfrentarse a tiros con el policía.

El único  detenido quedó a disposición de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 3 del Departamento Judicial Moreno-Gral. Rodriguez, a cargo de Luisa Pontecorvo, quien dispuso custodia policial y demás diligencias de rigor en un hecho caratulado como “homicidio criminis causa en grado de tentativa, robo agravado por el uso de arma de fuego y encubrimiento agravado por ánimo de lucro”.
