Morón: convenio para facilitar el acceso al alquiler de viviendas
El intendente de Morón, Lucas Ghi rubricó un acuerdo con el Grupo Provincia y Provincia Seguros para que los vecinos y vecinas puedan acceder a garantías de alquiler de viviendas. La medida se suma al conjunto de acciones que lleva adelante el Municipio para mejorar la oferta y facilitar el acceso a alquileres.

Por tal motivo,el jefe comunal Lucas Ghi recibió en el Municipio al presidente del Banco Provincia, Juan Cuattromo, y a los titulares del Grupo Provincia, Gustavo Menéndez, y de Provincia Seguros, Fernando Zack, para llevar adelante la firma de un convenio que instrumentará el acceso a seguros de caución, para los y las vecinas del distrito que necesiten alquilar una vivienda y no cuenten con las garantías habitualmente requeridas para celebrar un contrato de locación.
El Municipio de Morón fue la sede elegida por el Banco Provincia para realizar las firmas del acuerdo con éste y otros municipios de la región, el Grupo Provincia y Provincia Seguros. En ese marco, también estuvieron presentes en el encuentro la intendenta de Merlo, Karina Menéndez, y los intendentes de Ituzaingó, Alberto Descalzo, y de Hurlingham, Damián Selci.
Al respecto Lucas Ghi sostuvo que “dimos un paso más en lo que venimos trabajando desde hace tiempo para generar otro instrumento que facilite el acceso a la vivienda en alquiler. Fue así que el Grupo Provincia desarrolló un producto que oficiará de garantía para ser usada, en caso de no contar con una, cuando se entable relación entre propietario e inquilino. De esta forma, la banca pública genera una alternativa para que el propietario tenga la seguridad y certeza que merece”.
“Esta medida forma parte de una búsqueda que tenemos los municipios, y que compartimos con la agenda de trabajo permanente del Gobernador Kicillof, de incidir progresivamente en estos temas tan sensibles para nuestra gente, como el déficit habitacional y el acceso a la vivienda. Se complementa con lo que venimos haciendo, con los proyectos vinculados al Procrear y las distintas variantes para facilitar el acceso al mercado de alquiler que impulsamos desde el Municipio. Porque estamos convencidos de que la vivienda no debe ser una mercancía, que se regula por la oferta y la demanda del mercado, sino un bien social al que el Estado tiene que garantizar para que accedan la mayoría de la población”, agregó Ghi.
Por su parte el titular del Banco Provincia contó que “firmamos un convenio para llevar a cada municipio el seguro de caución que tiene Provincia Seguros. Esta herramienta facilita el alquiler de nuevas viviendas resolviendo algunas cuestiones que hacen a las garantías, los pagos en situación de irregularidad de la cuota, en este caso el alquiler. Es muy eficiente para que los y las habitantes de nuestra provincia puedan acceder a un alquiler y a una vivienda. Es un servicio financiero pero para nosotros tiene un sentido político, un sentido público, porque nuestro gobernador Axel Kicillof siempre nos pide que trabajemos con todos los intendentes para llegar a cada uno de los rincones de la Provincia”.
Por otra parte, el Municipio en articulación con el Instituto Provincial de la Vivienda avanza en un proyecto de construcción de viviendas para ser ofrecidas en alquiler. En ese caso, la comuna, a través de la Sociedad Anónima con Participación Estatal Mayoritaria (SAPEM), sería la encargada de motorizar los alquileres para los vecinas y vecinas.
