Al momento de la inspección había aproximadamente 40 vehículos y más de 60 personas en el lugar, que fueron desalojadas de inmediato. Se certificó que dicho espacio no contaba las medidas de seguridad reglamentarias ni la habilitación municipal permitida para su correcto funcionamiento. Por lo expuesto, se procedió a la clausura preventiva con un operativo articulado con la Secretaría de Seguridad.
Según vecinos de la propiedad, era común los bailes hasta bien entrada la mañana, mientras que algunas fuentes confirmaron que también el lugar era propicio para el intercambio de parejas.
