¿Quién se queda con la ganancia?

Mientras el gobierno trata infructuosamente de detener la inflación, y los salarios cada vez alcanzan menos, algunas empresas alimenticias muestran ganancias extraordinarias en el medio de una pandemia y de una guerra en Europa que afecta a las economías de todo el mundo.

Pero qué es lo que pasa con las verduras y las frutas? Quienes son los que se quedan con la tajada más grande de las ganancias?

Seguramente muchos de los que están leyendo estas líneas van a la verdulería y tienen conciencia de los precios, por eso, a modo de ilustración, transcribimos el comunicado que dio a conocer la Cámara de operadores mayoristas de frutas y hortalizas (COMAFRU)

Desde el Mercado Central de Buenos Aires, dieron a conocer el comunicado con la intención de que la gente se “interiorice  de nuestros precios, así de una vez por todas se termina con la falacia de qué el sector frutihortícola es inflacionario.”

En tal sentido, y haciendo referencia a los precios del día de hoy, dicen que los precios son los siguientes: “Tomate presentación cajón de 20 Kg. precio mayorista de $1.200 a $1.800 (el kilo de $60 a $90), con un margen minorista razonable debería llegar al consumidor final a un precio de $150 por kilo. La lechuga presentación cajón 10 Kg. precio mayorista de $300 a $400 (el kilo de $30 a $40), con un margen minorista razonable debería llegar al consumidor final a un precio de $60 por kilo.
