ALTE:BROWN: COMENZÓ A FUNCIONAR EL NUEVO POLO JUDICIAL
El Municipio de Almirante Brown informó que en las dependencias del nuevo Polo Judicial del distrito ya se reciben denuncias y se tramitan expedientes haciendo realidad la descentralización de la administración de Justicia para todos los vecinos.
Concretamente, en las oficinas de la calle Altamira esquina San Martín de Rafael Calzada ya se encuentra funcionando la Mesa General de Entradas con atención al público. Allí, de lunes a viernes entre las 8 y las 14 horas, se puede denunciar cualquier tipo de delito.
Mientras que en los próximos días comenzarán a funcionar las dos primeras Unidades Funcionales de Instrucción (UFI). Y se están sumando dos Defensorías, además de un Juzgado de Garantías para completar las prestaciones del nuevo Polo Judicial browniano.
Desde el Municipio se destacó el trabajo articulado entre el Poder Judicial y la Comuna. Y el hecho de que esta nueva institución permitirá acercar la administración de justicia a las y los vecinos de nuestro distrito.
En efecto, este avance es trascendental porque permite descentralizar la Justicia y acercarla a los vecinos y vecinas de Almirante Brown, generando mayor eficacia y celeridad en los procesos judiciales.
“Lo planificamos y lo estamos concretando. Gracias a la gestión del Municipio de Almirante Brown y al trabajo articulado con el Poder Judicial bonaerense, gradualmente ya comenzó a funcionar este nuevo Polo Judicial que descentralizada la Justicia y la acerca a nuestros vecinos”, explicó Mariano Cascallares.
En esa línea, completó: “Se trata de una primera etapa en este proceso de descentralización de la Justicia, en el que próximamente se irán sumando nuevos espacios administrativos”.
Cabe mencionar también que en el lugar sólo funcionarán oficinas administrativas judiciales y no será un espacio donde se alojen personas detenidas. Para tales fines, el Gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires ya puso en funcionamiento una nueva alcaidía en la localidad de Burzaco -detrás del Parque Industrial- para el alojamiento transitorio de personas involucradas en procesos penales.
