Moreno: Se conocieron las condenas por la explosión de la Escuela 49 durante la gestión de Maria Eugenia Vidal
Los jueces Patricia Viviana Guerrieri, Fabián Fernando Brahim y Claudia Esquivel también condenaron a dos años de ejecución condicional al interventor del Consejo Escolar, Sebastián Nasif y los consejeros Mónica Berzoni y Jorge Galian de ejecución condicional e inhabilitación de 4 años para ejercer cargos públicos.
Ricobene fue encontrado culpable por homicidio culposo agravado por tratarse de dos víctimas y, además, los magistrados revocaron la excarcelación y tendrá que cumplir prisión domiciliaria.
Durante las audiencias de alegatos, la fiscal Valeria Chapuis y el abogado del particular damnificado solicitaron 5 años de prisión con 10 años de inhabilitación especial para Ricobene, y 2 años de prisión con 4 años de inhabilitación especial para Nasif y los consejeros Berzoni y Galian.
El abogado de las víctimas, Juan Cruz Casalla, señaló a la prensa que “se resolvió lo que nosotros habíamos pedido en principio, que es el máximo de las penas legales para el delito que tratamos”.
“Esperamos que se remita efectivamente la causa a la Fiscalía Federal y que se continúe con la investigación por las potenciales posibles responsabilidades de funcionarios del gobierno provincial de aquel entonces”, subrayó.
En su alegato, el abogado Horacio Casalla pidió además que se abra una nueva causa para investigar la responsabilidad de la exgobernadora bonaerense María Eugenia Vidal; el ex director general de Cultura y Educación Gabriel Sánchez Zinni; el director provincial del Consejos Escolares Marcelo Di Mario; y el director de Infraestructura Escolar Mateo Nicholson.
