Nuevo aumento para los colegios privados
El Gobierno bonaerense autorizó un aumento del 18% en los aranceles de los colegios privados del territorio provincial, incremento que el sector calificó de “insuficiente”, ya que reclamaban una mejora del 22%, se informó oficialmente.
Según precisó una resolución del Gobierno de Axel Kicillof, en cumplimiento del acta compromiso celebrada con la Asociación de Institutos de Enseñanza Privada de la Provincia de Buenos Aires (Aiepba) en febrero último, “se autoriza un incremento en los topes de aranceles de agosto y septiembre”.
El Gobierno detalló en su resolución los incrementos en función del porcentaje de subvención estatal de los establecimiento y según el nivel educativo, se trata de inicial, primario, secundario, técnico y agrario y superior, que ronda un 18% promedio.
“Con esta comunicación los establecimientos educativos podrán proceder a notificar a los padres y liquidar con los nuevos valores, los meses de agosto y septiembre de 2023. Los establecimientos educativos deberán informar antes del 18 de agosto el valor de sus aranceles para el mes de agosto 2023”, estableció la Provincia.
La Aiepba calificó el incremento de ” insuficiente” y aseguró que “mantiene su planteo de recomponer el valor de los aranceles de acuerdo con los niveles inflacionarios y de otras variables de la economía”.
El secretario Ejecutivo de Aiepba, Martín Zurita, explicó que la entidad “seguirá reclamando por soluciones para afrontar los severos inconvenientes que atraviesan las instituciones de enseñanza de la provincia, que arrastran una crisis desde la pandemia y que no logran recuperarse”.
Es por esto que “pedirán al gobierno una solución integral y respuestas concretas sobre diversas situaciones que ponen en riesgo la prestación del servicio educativo de calidad que siempre brindó el sistema de enseñanza privado”.
El sector había solicitado al Gobierno bonaerense, mediante carta documento, que autorice de manera “urgente” a los colegios privados a incrementar sus aranceles educativos en agosto un 22%, retroactivo al mes de julio, a cobrar en 5 (cinco) cuotas.
Según precisó un comunicado de la entidad, luego del acuerdo paritario del 30% dispuesto para los docentes estatales y los índices inflacionarios vigentes, “resulta necesario aplicar una recomposición para evitar mayor desestabilización económica de los colegios, que por los desfasajes acumulados en muchos casos tuvieron que asumir deudas desde 2022 para sostener los servicios educativos y en otros agravó la continuidad de las instituciones”.
“Se vislumbra una desactualización en los aranceles que, de no revertirse, puede perjudicar aún más a los colegios, resultando dificultoso el sostenimiento de las obligaciones laborales y el proyecto educativo” detalló Aiepba
