La convocatoria estará abierta hasta el 2 de abril y los interesados en participar de la iniciativa pueden inscribirse en https://formularios.ambiente.gba.gob.ar/form/31
La propuesta educativa consta de dos encuentros virtuales y asincrónicos para aprender sobre compostaje y gestión de residuos.
El curso se realiza en el marco de la Ley 27.621 la cual garantiza el derecho a la Educación Ambiental en el ámbito formal y no formal siendo una de las acciones del Programa Provincial de Compostaje a cargo de la Dirección de Comunidades Sustentables de la Dirección Provincial de Transición Ecológica.
El programa promueve el tratamiento de los residuos orgánicos buscando generar impactos positivos en la calidad de vida de la comunidad, las condiciones de trabajo de recuperadores urbanos y cartoneros, y concientizar sobre la importancia del proceso de compostaje como estrategia para la reducción de la fracción orgánica de los residuos sólidos urbanos.
El Ministerio de Ambiente provincial ya entregó más de 3.800 composteras a espacios comunitarios, oficinas públicas, instituciones educativas y vecinos.
Se puede acceder y descargar los manuales y material educativo en la página del Ministerio (https://www.ambiente.gba.gob.ar/tecc/diccomsus).
