Piden a la Justicia que los directivos de Edesur no puedan salir del país
La presentación judicial, que amplia la denuncia penal presentada la semana pasada, solicita la prohibición de salida del país de Juan Carlos Blanco, Francesco Tutoli, María Alejandra Martínez, Víctor José Díaz Bobillo, Mónica Diskin, Giovanni Zanchetta, Jaime Barba, Alejandro Martínez y Valter Moro, que son los principales directivos de la firma Edesur.
El jueves pasado, Martello presentó una denuncia penal contra las autoridades de la empresa Edesur para que se los investigue por defraudación por desbaratamiento de los derechos acordados, abandono de persona y entorpecimiento de los servicios públicos.
La causa está a cargo del juez federal Julián Ercolini.
La denuncia del interventor del ENRE se presentó contra los directivos de Edesur por supuesta “defraudación por desbaratamiento, abandono de personas y entorpecimiento de servicios públicos”.
El pedido de prohibición presentado comprende a Francesco Tutoli, responsable de la empresa Enel Argentina; el presidente de Edesur, Juan Carlos Blanco; y quienes figuran como miembros de su directorio: Víctor Díaz Bobillo, María Alejandra Martínez, Mónica Diskin, Jaime Barba, Alejandro Martínez y Valter Moro.
En la ampliación de fundamentos realizada , Martello dijo que la medida solicitada tiene como objetivo “que los mismos se sustraigan de comparecer a derecho en la presente investigación”.
El ingeniero Jorge Ferraresi asumió la intervención administrativa de Edesur, una decisión tomada por la Secretaría de Energía tras la falta de respuesta de la empresa por los cortes de luz registrados durante las dos últimas semanas y para poner en marcha un programa de inversiones que permita mejorar la calidad de servicio.
Al fundamentar el pedido de prohibición de salir del país para los directivos, Martello dijo que responde a la necesidad “de evitar la impunidad de un hecho injusto donde los afectados fueron miles de personas que se vieron y muchos de ellos al día de hoy se ven impedidos de poder hacer uso de la energía eléctrica que debería haber brindado sin ningún tipo de impedimento la empresa concesionaria Edesur de la cual las personas antes citadas son sus máximos representantes societarios”.
La Fiscalía Federal N° 2 de Lomas de Zamora dio curso a la denuncia impulsada por el Municipio de Esteban Echeverría, la semana pasada, contra la empresa de distribución eléctrica Edesur SA debido a los masivos cortes de luz que sufrió el distrito y que afectaron el funcionamiento del Hospital Municipal Sofía Terrero de Santamarina.
La justicia solicitó que se inicie una investigación e indicó que “el hecho podría constituir el delito de entorpecimiento de los servicios de provisión de electricidad, previsto y reprimido por el artículo 194 del Código Penal, sin perjuicio de que podría hallarse configurado un delito de mayor gravedad”.
El jueves 16 de marzo, el Municipio de Esteban Echeverría denunció penalmente a Edesur ya que, durante 48 horas, la empresa de distribución eléctrica no proveyó el servicio de energía al hospital y tampoco brindó asistencia en la emergencia, a pesar de haberse comprometido a proporcionar un generador como soporte ante la urgencia que ameritaba el caso. Dicho generador fue entregado 24 horas después de la interrupción del suministro eléctrico y no funcionó por desperfectos en su batería.
