Tarjetas de Créditos y estaciones de servicio
La Confederación de Entidades del Comercio de Hidrocarburos y Afines (Cecha), que nuclea a la mayoría de las estaciones de servicio de la Argentina, resolvió que continuarán aceptando el pago con tarjetas de crédito en las operaciones de expendio de combustibles en todo el país.
La medida fue adoptada en una reunión de comisión directiva, en la que los referentes de la organización decidieron sostener este método de pago e “intensificar sus reclamos por la vía legislativa en pos de ponerle fin a los perjuicios provocados diariamente” por los plazos de pago.
En ese sentido, los dirigentes reafirmaron la existencia de demoras en los plazos de acreditación y las comisiones fijadas por las compañías emisoras de los plásticos.
“El objetivo es lograr la modificación de la ley 25.065, que permita establecer definitivamente como tope el 0,5% del arancel para las operaciones de pago con tarjetas de crédito, cualquiera sea el banco o la entidad emisora, y que la acreditación se reduzcan a 48/72 horas”, señalaron desde Cecha en un comunicado.
“Esta semana nos presentamos ante la Comisión de Comercio de la Cámara de Diputados de la Nación y solicitamos que nos citen urgente para plantear nuestra posición y poder avanzar en el tratamiento del proyecto en cuestión”, explicó Vicente Impieri, vicepresidente de Cecha.
A mediados de enero, propietarios de estaciones de servicio amenazaron con dejar de aceptar pagos con tarjetas de crédito, dadas las demoras en la acreditación del dinero -actualmente es de 10 días-, el alto costo operativo -la comisión de tarjetas de crédito es del 1,8%- y el moderado aumento de los combustibles, que subieron por debajo de la inflación en los últimos dos años.
Según argumentaban, la combinación de estos factores había afectado su rentabilidad a tal punto que ponían en riesgo su funcionamiento, aunque finalmente decidieron no avanzar con la medida.
