Sigue abierta la inscripción a los créditos para reformas del hogar
El Gobierno bonaerense reabrió la inscripción a Buenos Aires CREA, el programa de créditos accesibles destinado a quienes quieran realizar reformas, refacciones o ampliaciones en el hogar. Quienes quieran anotarse pueden hacerlo hasta el 6 de febrero, en tanto que quienes ya lo hicieron en el cuarto sorteo y tienen la solicitud aprobada no necesitan volver a hacerlo.

- Personas con discapacidad, dificultad o limitación física permanente, que requieran adaptar sus hogares para mejorar las condiciones de accesibilidad y movilidad. Se deberá acreditar tal condición mediante Certificado Único de Discapacidad (CUD)
- Hogares monoparentales o tutores con menores a cargo
- Personas en situación de violencia de género
- Población travesti y trans
- Hogares en situación de vulnerabilidad social y/o ambiental debidamente justificados. Descargá el modelo de informe técnico de vulnerabilidad socio-ambiental que deberás presentar en una instancia posterior para acreditar esta condición.

Los requisitos de inscripción para acceder a los créditos BA CREA son:
- DNI
- Tener entre 18 y 70 años
- Residir en la provincia de Buenos Aires por al menos dos años
- Habitar el hogar donde se realizará la obra
- Ser propietaria/o, inquilina/o ó habitar una casa en préstamo
- Contar con ingresos demostrables de entre uno y cinco salarios mínimos
- En caso de no poder acreditar ingresos, presentar una declaración jurada demostrando consumos a través de los resúmenes pagos de la tarjeta
- Según destacaron desde el Ejecutivo de Axel Kicillof, el programa permitirá entregar a lo largo de este año unos 50.000 créditos y generará 16.000 puestos de trabajo, a través de las tres líneas de crédito disponibles: para refacciones menores y mayores, y ampliaciones.
- El programa es considerado como una política con perspectiva de género por el gobierno bonaerense, ya que “fortalece el acceso al crédito a mujeres y diversidades”.
- Los créditos se otorgarán en “unidades de viviendas” (UVIs), lo que implica que los montos acompañarán la actualización de los precios de la construcción, la cuota se actualizará a través de la fórmula “HogarBA” que “garantiza que no podrá superar el aumento promedio de los salarios y tendrá un período de entre seis y 12 meses para comenzar a pagar.

Refacciones menores
- Para mejoras o refacciones.
- Plazo de devolución: hasta 36 cuotas mensuales
- Se empieza a pagar a los seis meses del desembolso
- Monto máximo; 1.560 UVIs, equivalente a 268.210 pesos al 1° de enero de 2023
Refacciones mayores
- Para refacciones, adaptación-accesibilidad o eficiencia energética
- Plazo de devolución: hasta 72 cuotas mensuales
- Se empieza a pagar a partir de los nueve meses luego del primer desembolso
- Monto máximo: 3.120 UVIS (equivalente a $536.412 al 1° de enero de 2023)
Ampliaciones
- Para refacciones, adaptación-accesibilidad o eficiencia energética
- Plazo de devolución: hasta 72 cuotas mensuales
- Se empieza a pagar a partir de los 12 meses luego del primer desembolso
- Monto máximo: 6.240 UVISs (equivalente a $1.072.843 al 1 de enero de 2023)
