Cinco mujeres fueron víctimas de femicidio y otras cuatro de violencia de género el fin de semana
En tanto, otras cuatro mujeres fueron víctimas de violencia de género en los últimos tres días, y dos de ellas permanecían hasta ayer internadas en estado crítico.
Los cinco femicidios tuvieron como víctimas a Nilda Rosa González (29), Rosa Alejandra Celiz (53), Jésica Olguín (33), Camila Mendoza (25) y Elizabeth Sosa (55) y ocurrieron entre el viernes 20 y esta madrugada.
Según el relevamiento realizado por esta agencia en base a la información de casos informados por fuentes judiciales y policiales, un rasgo común entre los principales acusados por dichos crímenes resultó ser que todos ellos eran parejas o exparejas de las mujeres asesinadas.
Hasta el momento, como consecuencia de cuatro de los cinco femicidios hay cinco hombres detenidos, mientras que, en uno de los casos, el autor del asesinato se suicidó tras cometer el hecho.
Tal episodio ocurrió el pasado viernes en una vivienda de la localidad bonaerense de San Antonio de Areco, donde Franco Magdalena (55) asesinó su esposa Elizabeth Sosa de un escopetazo y, tras el femicidio, se suicidó, informaron fuentes policiales.
Según los voceros, los agentes policiales constataron la presencia de los cadáveres de Sosa y de su esposo, quien tenía una escopeta debajo de su cuerpo.
Los pesquisas confirmaron que no había denuncias previas sobre violencia familiar ni en la comisaría de la mujer ni en el Juzgado de Paz.
El segundo hecho se conoció al día siguiente en la localidad bonaerense de Francisco Álvarez, cuando el albañil Juan Darío Sanabria Báez (36) se dirigió a la sede de la Delegación Departamental de Investigaciones (DDI) de Moreno para denunciar que su esposa, Nilda Rosa González, había sido secuestrada.
Sin embargo, el albañil se quebró y confesó que había asesinado a González de varias puñaladas para luego descuartizarla y esconder parte de sus restos en un campo cerca de la ruta 24.
Según el acusado relató a la Policía, el femicidio ocurrió luego de que ambos comenzaron a discutir sobre una presunta “infidelidad” en la relación.
La otra parte del cuerpo de la mujer fue hallada en el pozo ciego de la propiedad que compartía la pareja junto a sus cinco hijos, sobre la calle Azteca al 200, de la localidad de Francisco Álvarez, señalaron los investigadores.
El tercer femicidio ocurrió durante la madrugada del domingo en la ciudad bonaerense de Lisandro Olmos, partido de La Plata, donde Camila Mendoza fue asesinada a golpes en el interior de una casa quinta.
Según indicaron las fuentes, Mendoza fue hallada “sin vida, con el torso desnudo y el cuerpo con sangre”.
Por el hecho, fue detenido Juan Carlos Segovia (46), alias “Chino“, quien era pareja de la mujer de 26 años y que habían llegado desde la provincia de Chaco hace aproximadamente un mes, para trabajar en el cordón frutihortícola de la capital bonaerense.
También fue detenido por el crimen un amigo de Segovia, identificado como Federico Retamozo (32), quien, de acuerdo a los investigadores, también “agredió a la mujer mientras su esposo la golpeaba y arrastraba”.
Ambos quedaron a disposición de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 6 del Departamento Judicial de La Plata, a cargo del fiscal Marcelo Romero, quien los imputó por “homicidio doblemente calificado por el vínculo y por mediar violencia de género”.
También el pasado domingo, pero por la tarde, Rosa Alejandra Celiz fue asesinada a hachazos en la puerta de su domicilio de la localidad tucumana de Estación Aráoz y como acusado del femicidio fue detenido su esposo, Raúl Eduardo Albarracín (68), informaron fuentes judiciales.
Según las fuentes, el hombre admitió haberla lesionado con un hacha y fue aprehendido sin ofrecer resistencia.
“Lo hecho, hecho está“, fue lo que dijo Albarracín al momento de entregarse a los agentes policiales, según aseguraron fuentes del Ministerio Público provincial.
La mujer murió en el lugar como consecuencia de las lesiones que recibió con el arma blanca en su cráneo y en uno de sus hombros, e intervino en el caso la Unidad Fiscal de Homicidios de Feria, a cargo de María Alejandra Navarro.
Por último, esta madrugada, en la localidad mendocina de Guaymallén, Jésica Olguín fue hallada asesinada “en el interior de una habitación, atada de pies y manos, boca abajo y con evidentes signos de ahorcamiento”, según informó el Ministerio de Seguridad provincial.
Por ese hecho, fue detenido su exesposo, Juan Manuel Tarres (47), quien fue aprehendido luego de ingerir somníferos y acostarse a dormir en una cama de la casa de su tía, a quien le confesó el crimen.
El agresor “había sido denunciado en 2021 por lesiones leves en contexto de violencia de género” contra Olguín, indicaron los voceros.
En la causa interviene el fiscal de Homicidios Gustavo Pirrello, quien imputó al hombre de 47 años por “homicidio agravado por el vínculo”.
Por otro lado, durante el fin de semana también se registraron cuatro intentos de femicidios en distintos puntos del país.
Uno de ellos ocurrió el sábado en la ciudad de San Miguel de Tucumán, donde un hombre fue detenido acusado de haber rociado con alcohol a su expareja y luego prenderla fuego.
Los investigadores indicaron que la mujer sufrió quemaduras en la zona de la cara, cuello, tórax y miembros superiores y se encontraba internada hasta esta tarde en estado crítico en un centro de salud de la zona.
Otro de los hechos tuvo lugar en la localidad bonaerense de Quilmes, donde un hombre fue aprehendido tras intentar clavarle un destornillador en el pecho a su pareja, mientras que otro individuo fue detenido en la ciudad de Mar del Plata tras golpear a su pareja, a su hija de 12 y herir con un cuchillo a su hijo de 6.
El intento de femicidio restante sucedió la tarde del domingo en la localidad cordobesa de Villa Cura Brochero, donde un hombre de 60 años fue imputado por “lesiones graves” luego de arrojarle agua hirviendo a su pareja, una mujer de 46 años, quien permanece internada en un hospital local.
Por otra parte, según el relevamiento de Télam en base a fuentes policiales y judiciales, ya se habían registrado en este mes de enero al menos otros 9 femicidios y 2 transfemcidios, lo que arroja un total de 16 hechos que finalizaron con las víctimas fallecidas en las provincias de Mendoza, Córdoba, San Luis, Misiones, Entre Ríos y Buenos Aires.
