Detienen a seis personas y secuestran más de 300 celulares en locales de distintos barrios porteños
Las detenciones fueron llevadas a cabo por personal de la División Contravenciones y Faltas Contra el Orden Público de la Policía de la Ciudad, el cual realizó las inspecciones sobre los comercios junto a representantes de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC) a pedido del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correcional Federal 12.
Según los voceros, el primer operativo se efectuó en una galería de Rivadavia al 10600, ubicada en el barrio porteño de Liniers, donde uno de los locales fue clausurado por tener 15 celulares sin poder acreditar su tenencia.
También en la mencionada galería, se clausuró otro local porque en el que se hallaron 23 celulares denunciados al Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (Enacom) por hurto o robo, tres teléfonos con los IMEI adulterados, una tablet, 82 equipos sin poder acreditar su tenencia, 202 módulos, 69 carcasas y 139 baterías.
Ante esa situación, el Juzgado interventor dispuso detener al responsable del local y secuestrar todos los elementos hallados en el procedimiento.
Por otro lado, durante un operativo realizado en la calle Venancio Flores al 3200, en el barrio de Flores, se clausuraron tres locales comerciales, donde uno de ellos tenía 10 teléfonos denunciados por hurto o robo, 57 equipos sin poder acreditar su tenencia, 5 módulos, 6 carcasas y 2 baterías.
Por ese motivo, un hombre de nacionalidad peruana de 49 años, propietario del local donde fue secuestrada la mercadería, fue detenido.
Además, en otro procedimiento realizado en el barrio porteño de Balvanera, sobre la avenida Pueyredón al 200, se secuestraron 89 teléfonos celulares, 56 carcasas, 45 módulos, 61 baterías y 59 piezas.
Allí se localizó un DNI y 5 tarjetas de crédito, de las cuales se corroboró que el titular había sido víctima de un hurto en su taller mecánico en noviembre pasado y hubo movimientos extraños en sus cuentas bancarias, indicaron las fuentes.
En consecuencia, el Juzgado ordenó el secuestro de los elementos encontrados y la detención de tres hombres peruanos de 37, 39 y 43 años, propietarios de los locales allanados.
También se realizaron inspecciones en el barrio de Nueva Pompeya, mas precisamente en una galería emplazada en la avenida Sáenz al 700, en la cual se secuestraron unos 42 teléfonos sin documentación y con impedimentos, 33 módulos, 116 baterías y cuatro notebooks del Plan Sarmiento.
Al respecto, las autoridades judiciales dispusieron que se incauten todos los elementos hallados, notificar a los responsables de los locales y disponer de sus respectivas clausuras.
Finalmente, en una galería de avenida Corrientes al 2100, los efectivos inspeccionaron dos locales y detuvieron a un hombre de 49 años.
En el primero, los oficiales incautaron 12 carcasas, 32 módulos, 13 baterías y se procedió a su clausura; mientras que en el segundo se secuestraron tres celulares denunciados por robo, 29 teléfonos sin documentación respaldatoria y 22 módulos.
