Desbaratan una red internacional que cometía abusos sexuales contra niños
La operación en CABA involucró allanamientos en los que se incautaron 15.000 archivos digitales, y los otros allanamientos se realizaron en Panamá, Ecuador, Costa Rica, República Dominicana, Colombia, Estados Unidos, Brasil y Paraguay, todos ellos realizados de modo simultáneo.
Hasta el momento, a los tres detenidos en Argentina, se sumaron otro 40 en Brasil y dos en Panamá.
En esta oportunidad, el caso se originó a raíz del trabajo conjunto y transnacional llevado a cabo por el Departamento de Seguridad Nacional de los Estados Unidos y la Secretaria Nacional de Seguridad Pública de Brasil, quienes utilizando un software P2P captaron información de usuarios que descargaron y compartieron material de abuso sexual de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
En este marco la titular de la Unidad Fiscal Especializada en Delitos y Contravenciones Informáticas, Daniela Dupuy, encomendó tareas de investigación a la Unidad de Cibercrimen del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) del MPF, “para profundizar la información e identificar los objetivos localizados en CABA”, se informó a través de un comunicado.
Así, se logró individualizar domicilios en los barrios de Villa Devoto, Villa Urquiza, Parque Chas, Caballito, Mataderos, Almagro, Parque Patricios, Flores, La Boca, Parque Chacabuco, Balvanera y Palermo, por lo que Dupuy solicitó los allanamientos en forma simultánea, que fueron otorgados por el juez Pablo Casas, titular del Juzgado PCyF 10.
Durante los procedimientos realizados en Buenos Aires se detuvo a tres sospechosos, que fueron trasladados a la Fiscalía.
El CIJ también realizó análisis de datos in situ para detectar material con contenido de abuso sexual de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes, y se contabilizaron 15.000 archivos.
También se secuestraron unos 500 dispositivos electrónicos y de almacenamiento.
En los operativos también participó personal de la Policía de la Ciudad, la Policía Federal Argentina, Gendarmería y Prefectura Naval Argentina.
