Prohiben la venta de varios perfumes por ser peligrosos para la salud
La Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (ANMAT) prohibió a través de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial, una serie de perfumes por no cumplir con los requisitos sanitarios solicitados.
A través de la Disposición 9535/2022, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de este miércoles, fija la prohibición del uso, comercialización, distribución y publicidad en todo el territorio nacional de todos los productos “PERFUME BLOODY marca NL NINA LAMAISON; PERFUME EUPHORIA marca NL NINA LAMAISON; PERFUME MAFFIA marca NL NINA LAMAISON; PERFUME MALVINAS EL POZO marca NL NINA LAMAISON; PERFUME IN YOUR FACE marca NL NINA LAMAISON; PERFUME CLOSE TO ME by GONZEL; PERFUME marca BABY VITO” en todas sus presentaciones.
Cabe destacar, que la disposición señala en este caso que, a raíz de una denuncia realizada por una usuaria respecto de la irregularidad en la comercialización de los productos y consultada la base de datos de productos cosméticos inscriptos ante la ANMAT, pudo determinarse que los datos identificatorios de los productos antes mencionados no correspondían a ningún cosmético inscripto y que no consta ningún laboratorio habilitado con el nombre de NINA LAMAISON.
Ante ello, mediante correo electrónico se le solicitó a los propietarios aportar los trámites de inscripción de los productos publicados y la identificación de los laboratorios elaboradores involucrados. Tras ello, el organismo comunicó que en un caso no hubo respuesta y en otro la misma fue insatisfactoria.
En consecuencia, y a fin de proteger a eventuales usuarios de los productos involucrados, la Dirección de Evaluación y Gestión de Monitoreo de Productos para la Salud sugirió la prohibición de uso, comercialización, distribución y publicidad en todo el territorio nacional de los productos en todas sus presentaciones.
