Moreno: se niegan declarar los acusados de asesinar a Mauro Prieto
En tanto, otro de los apresados, un hombre mayor de edad, será indagado por la fiscal Alejandra Pique, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 6 del Fuero Penal Juvenil del Departamento Judicial de Moreno-General Rodríguez.
Según expresaron las fuentes a Télam, ambos adolescentes de 17 años se negaron a declarar y continuarán a disposición de la fiscal Pique, acusados del homicidio de Mauro Prieto, un joven a quien intentaron robarle una moto que había comprado recientemente y fue asesinado de un tiro en la espalda en Moreno.
Las últimas detenciones de uno de los adolescentes y del mayor de edad se registraron luego de una serie de cinco allanamientos realizados por efectivos de la Estación de Policía Departamental de Seguridad de Moreno y de la comisaría 7ma. de esa jurisdicción, en el marco de la causa por el homicidio de Pietro.
Como resultado de los procedimientos se secuestró la motocicleta utilizada por los delincuentes, que tenía pedido de secuestro activo por robo, un arma de fuego calibre .22 largo, municiones y dinero en efectivo.
“Al momento de ser detenido, el mayor dijo que un cuarto prófugo fue quien disparó. Ya está identificado, esperamos el avance de la investigación para detenerlo y establecer quién fue el autor del disparo”, dijo a Télam un investigador.
El hecho ocurrió el miércoles último a la anoche, cuando Prieto recibió un disparo al ser atacado con intenciones de robo por dos “motochorros” que lo interceptaron en la calle Ascasubi, casi esquina Larralde, del barrio Santa Julia de la localidad de La Reja, en cercanías del cementerio municipal de Moreno.
Las fuentes consultadas indicaron el hombre circulaba en su flamante moto Gilera Smash color azul y negra comprada hace tan solo cinco días, cuando de repente aparecieron dos delincuentes que intentaron robarle.
Prieto logró inicialmente eludirlos, pero, luego, uno de los asaltantes le disparó, motivo por el cual perdió el control, chocó, cayó al piso y murió.
Al no poder robar la moto, los delincuentes escaparon en dirección a la autopista del Oeste.
De acuerdo al estudio forense realizado en la Morgue Judicial de General Rodríguez, Prieto recibió un impacto de bala en la espalda efectuado por uno de los dos “motochorros” que lo interceptaron.
“Las causales (de muerte) son paro cardíaco traumático, secundario a shock hipovolémico originado por lesión de corazón y pulmón, producto de un arma de fuego. Muerte de forma mediata tras un corto periodo agónico”, indica el informe al que accedió Télam.
