Investigan a una mujer por falsificar recetas y cobrar a una ONG por los medicamentos

La justicia porteña investiga a una mujer acusada de falsificar recetas médicas para luego obtener de una ONG el reembolso total del costo de los medicamentos así obtenidos, se informó oficialmente.

La causa se inició a raíz de la denuncia de una médica dermatóloga que fue advertida sobre la circulación de recetas con su supuesto sello y firma, que prescribían medicación muy costosa con drogas generalmente usadas en pacientes adultos psiquiátricos, y poco compatibles con su especialidad, informó el Ministerio Público Fiscal de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.

La investigación pudo determinar que se trata de una mujer cuya hija adolescente sufre una patología muy compleja, que presentaba esas recetas falsas ante la ONG Fundación Sur que le donaba el dinero para su compra, a cambio de las recetas y posterior factura.

La denunciante pudo corroborar que durante un tiempo había atendido a la menor de edad en el Instituto Argentina de Diagnóstico y Tratamiento, pero que en ningún caso le había recetado los medicamentos prescriptos en las 12 recetas apócrifas halladas hasta el momento, que hasta ahora suman 130 mil pesos.

Se estima que a medida que avance la investigación, el monto por estafa podría superar el millón de pesos.

En el marco de un allanamiento realizado hoy en el domicilio de la mujer en Ramos Mejía, se secuestraron 16 cajas de medicación con la droga Rapamicina, 7 sellos médicos, 40 recetarios médicos en blanco, gran cantidad de certificados médicos falsos.

También se hallaron armas de fuego pertenecientes a la pareja de la imputada, que poseía una credencial de legítimo usuario vencida en 2013, motivo por el cual la UFI 1 de La Matanza convalidó su detención.

La causa continúa en investigación en la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas (PCyF) N° 39 conducida por el Hernán Biglino, que imputó a la mujer por “uso de documentos falsificados”, “falsificación de documentos privados” y “estafa” mediante el uso de esos documentos, y acorde al avance de la investigación, se podría ampliar la imputación.

El procedimiento fue coordinado por el Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales del Ministerio Público Fiscal, que además aportó agentes de su Gabinete Médico Legal.

También participaron la División Defraudaciones y Estafas y la División Delitos Contra la Salud de la Policía de la Ciudad y Policía de PBA.

El allanamiento fue ordenado -vía exhorto- por Natalia Ohman, interinamente a cargo del Juzgado PCyF 2, y por Fernando Horacio Pinos Guevara, titular del Juzgado de Garantías 4 del Departamento Judicial de La Matanza.
