Moreno: falleció el jóven asaltado el 11 de diciembre
Cristian Quiñones, el joven de 28 años que había sido baleado el 11 de diciembre último por “motochorros” que lo asaltaron delante de su pareja en Moreno murió en el hospital de ese partido bonaerense a raíz de las heridas sufridas, informaron fuentes judiciales.
Cristian ingreso el 11 de diciembre al Hospital Mariano y Luciano de la Vega y permaneció en terapia intensiva hasta su deseso.
Por el ahora asesinato del joven, hay un solo detenido, Brian Santillán, alias “Chocho”, quien fuera aprendido en el partido de General Rodriguez, aunque la investigación continúa para dar con el acompañante del único detenido.
Hasta el momento, Santillán se negó a declarar en su indagatoria ante el fiscal Gabriel López, de la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 8 del Departamento Judicial de Moreno-General Rodríguez.
Según las fuentes, en aquella oportunidad, el detenido fue imputado de “homicidio criminis causa en grado de tentativa”, pero a partir de la muerte de Quiñones, la acusación se agravará y volverá a ser indagado.
A su vez, los pesquisas solicitaron los informes de reincidencia para confirmar los antecedentes penales del sospechoso por delitos contra la propiedad cometidos entre 2013 y 2017 en jurisdicción del Departamento Judicial Mercedes, que le valieron una condena por “robo calificado”, por la que actualmente estaba con una libertad asistida.
El asalto a Quiñones ocurrió el 11 de diciembre último, alrededor de las 20, en el cruce de Santa Rosa y España de la localidad de Villa Trujui, partido de Moreno, donde dos delincuentes armados, que circulaban en una motocicleta tipo cross con guardabarros blancos, abordaron al joven y a su pareja con intenciones de robo.
En esas circunstancias, Quiñones resistió forcejeando con uno de los “motochorros” que le efectuó al menos cuatro disparos.
A raíz de la agresión, que quedó filmada por una cámara de seguridad privada, Quiñones cayó herido en la vereda, a pocos metros de la casa de la hermana de su pareja, mientras que los delincuentes escaparon.
La novia del jóven baleado, en diálogo con los periodistas, en aquella jornada, contó lo sucedido. La jóven relato que “bajamos del colectivo en la puerta de la casa de su hermana, y estábamos esperando que nos abrieran la puerta cuando apareció el tipo de la nada y le dijo “dame el teléfono”. Creí, primero, que era una joda, un amigo de él que le estaba haciendo un chiste, no se”.
“Ahí, Cristian se quedó shockeado. Me soltó la mano y lo empezó a correr. Este delincuentes se cayó al piso y ahí empezaron los tiros. Vi que tenía algo en la mano. No sé si ya tenía el arma. Y le tiró a matar, como si nada”, continuó la jóven.
“Él cae al piso. En ese momento le grité una mala palabra y lo vi que le sangraba. Saqué una remera que tenía en la cartera, le puse en el pecho donde le sangraba, pero después vi que le sangraba por todos lados. Estaba consciente todavía. Me quiso defender a mí y a la familia. Capaz que pensó que querían entrar a la casa y trató de defender a la familia. Capaz que pensó que se iban a meter a la casa. Para mí lo quiso espantar o sacarle el arma”, agregó.
