Homenaje a Horacio Fontova:el auditorio del INAMU lleva su nombre

“Este señor que tanto nos has hecho reír y pensar fue un gran artista que siempre estuvo del lado de la Justicia” fueron las palabras de Susana Rinaldi para cerrar el homenaje que le puso de nombre Horacio “Negro” Fontova al auditorio de la sede del Instituto Nacional de la Música.

En el evento, estuvieron presentes diversas personalidades del “mundo Fontova”: músicos y músicas, actores y actrices, militantes y funcionarios, que recordaron con inmenso cariño, arte y humor al gran compañero de la cultura argentina. Fueron parte de la jornada, Gabriela Martínez Campos (compañera del Negro), Susana Rinaldi, Diego Capusotto, Rolando Goldman, Celsa Mel Gowland, Carlos Ulanovsky, Hilda Lizarazu, Lito Vitale, Sandra Mihanovich, Nancy Duplaa, Pablo Echarri, y Liliana Vitale, entre otros.

Recibieron a los y las invitadas, Diego Boris, presidente del INAMU, Paula Rivera, vicepresidenta, y el personal del Instituto.

En el encuentro hubo intervenciones musicales y lecturas de parte de los y las artistas. Se compartieron recuerdos y anécdotas que dieron cuenta del extraordinario artista polifacético que dejó una huella imborrable en la cultura de nuestro país.

Liliana Vitale leyó cuentos del libro de Fontova “Témpera Mental” y cantó junto a Manu Barrios, último compañero musical del “Negro”, el tema “Animal, tierno y facil”. Claudio Kleiman, su amigo de toda la vida, con la guitarra y su voz interpretó “La Canción del Indio triste”. Daniel Maza y Patricia Zappia interpretaron uno de los primeros temas grabados por Horacio: “Que mañana rara” y “Sacá la mano de la lata”. Luego, con Lito Vitale al piano y Sandra Mihanovich en voz, el auditorio se llenó de acompañamiento con las palmas en la canción: “Me contaron que bajo el asfalto…” La música no paraba y Lito realizó solo en piano una inspirada versión de “Jorge W“. El amor seguía fluyendo… y en el escenario Hilda cantó a capella el tradicional tema peruano “El resbalón”. Unos instantes después, Fena junto a Lito e Hilda interpretaron “La pradera”, hermoso tema de Fontova.

Al inicio se compartió un video con recuerdos de distintas etapas de la vida del “Negro” Fontova realizado por Gabriela y Gonzalo Martínez Campos.

La sala del INAMU, ubicada en la sede administrativa del Instituto frente a la Plaza del Congreso, llevará su nombre para ser siempre recordado cuando se realicen diversas actividades para el fomento de la actividad musical. Cabe destacar el profundo apoyo y participación que tuvo Fontova en los seis años de trabajo continuo para la construcción, difusión y sanción de la “Ley Nacional de la Música” (parte 1), la cual creó al Instituto Nacional de la Música.

El Manual de Formación número 3 del Instituto, que lleva en su tapa una ilustración mítica de Fontova publicada inicialmente en la recordada Expreso Imaginario, fue un gran recuerdo para quienes estuvieron presentes. La edición posee dibujos y textos de su autoría que fueron leídos por Susana Rinaldi.
