Morón: subas en las tasas para bancos, autopista y bingo
El Concejo Deliberante de Morón aprobó las reformas a las ordenanzas Fiscal e Impositiva que regulan la recaudación del Municipio y establecen la escala tributaria. En el marco de una fuerte decisión redistributiva, solo un cuatro por ciento de las empresas radicadas en Morón pagarán la Tasa para Estudio y Prevención Epidemiológica (TEPE) creada a pedido del Gobierno municipal. Se trata de bancos, financieras, autopista, bingo y empresas de telecomunicaciones, entre otras grandes empresas comerciales y de servicios del distrito, que tienen gran capacidad contributiva y no vieron afectados seriamente sus ingresos durante la pandemia de coronavirus. El resto de las empresas y vecinos contribuyentes de las distintas tasas y derechos municipales -TSG, TISH, Publicidad y Propaganda, etcétera- no pagarán ningún tipo de incremento en sus obligaciones fiscales ante la comuna.
Tras la fuerte caída en la recaudación pública y el aumento de los gastos ocasionados por la pandemia de Covid 19, el Gobierno a cargo del intendente Lucas Ghi dispuso fuertes medidas tendientes a paliar la crisis económica:
– Descartar cualquier incremento en las tasas que pagan las y los vecinos.
– Descartar cualquier incremento en las tasas que pagan los comercios, empresas de servicios e industrias afectadas por el cese de actividades.
– Descartar la implementación de la tasa vial sobre los combustibles que cobran más de 25 distritos del conurbano bonaerense.
– Eximir del pago de la TISH a más de 10.000 empresas sobre las 12.000 a las que les corresponde pagar esa tasa.
– Extender los plazos de vencimientos de TISH y TSG y mantener los descuentos por pago a término.
– Ampliar la cobertura de las eximiciones de adultos y adultas mayores en la TSG.
– Implementar planes de pago de deudas con descuentos de hasta el 100% en los recargos, intereses punitorios y multas.
Implementar la TEPE solo al 4% de las empresas que pagan TISH, que equivale al 0,25% del total de contribuyentes municipales.
– Descartar cualquier incremento en el índice de la cláusula gatillo vigente desde los gobiernos anteriores.
– Acompañar los subsidios y créditos nacionales y provinciales destinados a empresas con un programa local de microcréditos para pequeños comercios locales.
