En el marco de los controles diarios que realiza la Policía Bonaerense en el distrito de Ituzaingó, efectivos de la fuerza de seguridad intentaron detener la marcha de un automóvil gol trend  dominio AA731WQ ,  de color negro, en cuyo interior se desplazaban 4 hombres, en la intersección de las calles Caxaraville y Aquino, en Ituzaingó sur.

Los individuos no acataron la orden de detención, emprendiendo la fuga. Alertados, el comando de patrullas, dispuso un operativo cerrojo con la utilización de distintos móviles policiales, logrando interceptar el auto en Niceto Vega y Martínez.

Los 4 hombres al verse acorralados bajaron del vehículo intentando fugarse a pie, pero fueron detenidos inmediatamente por el personal policial.

Una vez detenidos, los policías procedieron a registrar el vehículo en donde se desplazaban, en donde encontraron una réplica de arma larga  ( simil SUBFUSIL)  con correajes  de transporte y cargador, además de una pistola calibre 9 mm  marca BERSA  limada en su numeración, con dos cargadores donde uno de ellos contaba con 8 municiones ; y otra pistola calibre 9 mm marca CZ85 nº D7481 con cargador 5 cartuchos además, dinero en efectivo 30.000 mil pesos; dos celulares.-

Los detenidos fueron identificados como ALMIRON DAMIAN GONZALEZ  de 27 años; SIFON DEMIAN EZEQUIEL de 29 años; ETCHAR ARIEL GUSTAVO de 28   y GOMEZ AITOR IBAL de 31.
