Preparan millonaria multa a Dánica por negarse a reincorporar a 5 trabajadores despedidos durante la cuarentena
El Ministerio de Trabajo de la provincia de Buenos Aires trabaja en una importante sanción económica a la empresa Dánica, que se opuso a la reincorporación de cinco trabajadores, despedidos durante la cuarentena.
Días atrás, el grupo empresario que regentea la marca Dánica, cesanteado a cinco de sus empleados, de la planta que la firma posee en la localidad de Lavallol, al sur del gran Buenos Aires.
La medida impuesta por la empresa no tenia que ver con la baja en las ventas, o algún problema económico, sino que los trabajadores habían reclamado que se cumplan las medidas de seguridad por la pandemia del coronavirus.
En esa instancia, tomo intervención el Ministerio de Trabajo, que dictó la conciliación obligatoria, no acatándola la empresa, que decidió unilateralmente cerrar la planta.
La firma había despedido operarios, luego desconoció la conciliación obligatoria y lanzó un lock out patronal que detuvo la planta. Tendrá que pagar más de 3 millones de pesos de multa. Producción seguirá el trámite legal por haber detenido un servicio esencial.
Funcionarios del Ministerio de Trabajo bonaerenses preparan una millonaria multa a la empresa, se habla de más de 3 millones de pesos, la que se conocerá en los próximos días.
El Sindicato de Aceiteros, al que responden los trabajadores, emitió un comunicado que señala, entre otras cosas «Mientras somos millones de argentinas y argentinos los que estamos realizando enormes esfuerzos solidarios para combatir una pandemia global y defender la salud y la vida, el Grupo Beltrán pone en riesgo a los trabajadores al incumplir los protocolos de la Emergencia Sanitaria, ignora la vigencia del Decreto 329/2020 que prohíbe despidos y suspensiones por 60 días e incumple con un Lockout la Conciliación Obligatoria del Ministerio de Trabajo de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, burlándose del sacrificio de todo el pueblo argentino»
